North of Masterton: The loop is off the Blue Range Track at the end of Kiriwhakapapa Road, 7 km from State Highway 2, about 16 km north of Masterton.
This starts at a campground which had a picnic area which includes a huge covered area with a large wooden table. We ended up having lunch here after our walk and played soccer in the grassy field.
The walk is an easy track which meanders through some beautiful bush. A highlight was seeing some of the giant Redwoods. We had a little 4 year old who hadn't been on many walks and she managed it! Well done little #4!!!
